Maybe conversations at home escalate faster than you expect.
Maybe your child withdraws or reacts intensely and you feel unsure how to respond.
Maybe you and your partner care deeply for each other, yet find yourselves stuck in repetitive conflicts.
When communication breaks down, families don’t stop loving each other. They just lose their sense of safety and clarity.
I am a Systemic Family Therapist working with individuals, couples, and families who want to understand their patterns, improve communication, and create more emotional stability in their daily lives.
My work focuses especially on parent–child relationships and relational dynamics within families. I help you move from confusion and reactivity to understanding and connection.
Therapy with me is structured, reflective, and collaborative. We explore how your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationships influence one another, and how past experiences continue to shape present interactions.
You don’t need to be “broken” to come to therapy. You may simply want to relate differently, respond more calmly, or create a healthier emotional environment at home.
Who I Work With
- Parents who want to improve communication with their children
- Couples experiencing tension or emotional distance
- Families navigating stress, transition, or cultural change
- Professionals experiencing anxiety or emotional overwhelm
- Individuals who want to understand relational patterns shaped in childhood
I work online with clients across Europe and internationally.
I am trained in:
- Systemic Family Therapy
- Psychoanalytic Family Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Mindfulness-Integrated CBT (MiCBT)
- EMDR
My systemic lens means we do not look at one person as the “problem.” We explore patterns, communication styles, emotional triggers, and relational roles within the family system.
In our work together, you can expect:
- Clear understanding of recurring family patterns
- Practical tools for emotional regulation
- Improved parent–child communication
- More constructive conflict resolution
- Greater emotional awareness and confidence
- A calmer and more connected home environment
I combine evidence-based methods with warmth, clarity, and curiosity. I am genuinely interested in the inner world of each person I work with, and I create a safe, respectful space where every voice matters.
There is no single way to be “normal.” There is only your story, your dynamics, and your capacity to grow.
I have worked with families, schools, educators, and international communities across Europe and Asia.

"I’ve only had a few sessions so far, but I already notice a real difference in how I relate to my teenage kids. I feel clearer about my emotions and less reactive in difficult conversations. Things that used to escalate quickly at home now feel more manageable. I’m beginning to understand the patterns in my relationships and respond more calmly instead of repeating the same arguments. I’m grateful for the clarity and steady guidance."
"I had 8 sessions with Evgenia over Zoom. Even though we live in different time zones, she was flexible and accommodating, which already made me feel supported. Through our work together, I became more aware of how I communicate and how my emotional patterns affect my relationship. She helped me slow down, regulate myself, and approach conversations more thoughtfully instead of reacting automatically. I appreciated how non-judgmental and steady she was throughout the process. Months later, I can see lasting changes in how I handle stress and relate to others."
